At Haiku Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our eco-friendly home furnishings. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to our standard restocking fees.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Prepare Item for Shipping
Ensure the item is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packed in all original interior and exterior packaging materials.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the item back to our warehouse using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking costs.
